At the present time, a vacancy exists within the Administrative Services department of the Chester County Intermediate Unit at our TCHS-Pickering campus located in Phoenixville, PA. The working schedule for this position is 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes
• Possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
• Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain building facilities
• Utilizing and operating appropriate equipment, perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items
• Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for special events
• Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
• Operate buffer, floor-care machines, vacuums, drills, and other small power tools

Location:

TCHS Pickering located on 1525 Charlestown Rd., Phoenixville, PA but at times may be required to go to any of the IU locations throughout Chester County

Salary:

$16.64 - $19.25 per hour
