At the present time, two positions exist for speech/language therapists within the Chester County Intermediate Unit
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders
2. Certificate of Clinical Competence; Clinical Fellowship year considered
3. PDE instructional certificate
4. Must have Act 33 and 34 Clearances
5. Must have Federal Criminal History record
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide speech/language therapy services, complete evaluations and maintain all paperwork for a caseload of students. Caseloads may include:
- Itinerant
- Classroom based
- Telepractice
- Birth to three services
Estimated work days and hours:
Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day per calendar
Salary:
Master's Degree: $56,571 - $94,323, Masters + 15: $59,077 - $98,082, Masters + 30: $60,390 - $99,881
