At the present time summer maintenance positions exist within the Division of Administrative Services of the Chester County Intermediate Unit.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Current police, child abuse & FBI fingerprint clearances required if 18 years of age or older
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain building facilities and systems.
- Landscape maintenance and painting.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items.
- Take receipt of supplies and other items and store and deliver these items to the appropriate persons or areas.
- Maintain overall security of building and grounds as required.
- Summer maintenance workers may be required to fill in at other CCIU locations as required.
